Our first beach experience here in Hawaii, we chose none other than the North Shore! After visiting the Green World Coffee Farm near the North Shore, we decided to venture on and check out what the hype was all about. We parked at Aweoweo Beach Park, and walked 40 yards to the sand. Before we could even set our bags down, we witnessed 3 sea turtles swimming right next to the shore, the kids couldn't wait to jump in!
After playing in the waves, admiring the sea turtles and taking in all that the beach had to offer, it was time to eat! Haleiwa Town in the North Shore is such an awesome beach town and there were more than enough restaurants and food trucks to choose from. We decided on a Korean food truck and it was delicious!
