Over the weekend, we headed out to explore another beach along the west coast of Oahu. After pulling into several crowded beach spots, we ended up at Makaha Beach. The current was a little stronger during out visit, so we didn't do much swimming, but relaxing on the beach surrounded by the majestic mountain views was just fine! Makaha beach is a nice beach on the westside of Oahu, if you are looking to escape some of Waikiki's more crowded beaches. This would be a great spot to spend the afternoon relaxing and catch one of Hawaii's amazing sunsets.
